I will jump on this bandwagon and Solorider - DUDE give FM a chance, and then you will be happy, and you to will LOVE FM like the rest of us do. I bought my Stage 1 package from them a year ago, and Jamie and Keith were MORE than willing to help me with a borrowed laptop to update my map to a newer version that they had perfected for my bike and combo. Easiest guys to deal with - IF you allow them and give them the chance they SO deserve!!

Good job to Jamie at Fuel Moto once again for stepping up. Shame on the OP. This thread is priceless.

I think you should turn in your Harley and buy a scooter. By your complaint you can tell that you just get on it and ride. Harley's are our pride and joy and we love to give them tender loving care! If my Harley was a little sick I would have to do what ever it takes to make her well! By the way, you cannot get better advice on how to make your bike well than from Fuel Moto!

Sometimes frustration can get the best of anyone but when you don't take the help when offered & then come on a public forum a year later & bitch.....Not good! Jamie & his crew at FM are a stand-up bunch & if you have any smarts you'll be taking them up on they're offer & apologize for the public bashing. JMHO!

I know one reason why you never hear anything bad about Fuel Moto, it is because everyone jumps to defend them by bashing the guy who speaks against them so nobody wants to come on hear and say anything bad about them. I've seen that on here before. Just because fuel moto comes on here and talks a good show and everybody kisses their *** does not mean fuel moto does the same thing when they have contact with the person who got burned. The people on here defending them are no less of an idiot than the idiot who was dumb enough to tell his side of the story, the side you don't want to hear. I know for a fact fuel moto talks on this forum like they are doing everything under the sun to correct the problem while the whole time behind the scene where you cannot see they are not even trying to help. I also know they have gone out of their way to help people that didn't even buy anything from them. I am saying it goes both ways so don't be foolish enough to think that it doesn't, and don't slam a guy because his experience was not the same as yours or what you want to hear.

I have dealt with FM and no issues BUT
don't slam a guy because his experience was not the same as yours or what you want to hear.

Default FM solution

Maybe he wanted FM to purchase a laptop for him to troubleshoot. Problem solved!

Just what do you know for a fact? Let's get it out in the open as long as you have behind the scene knowledge.

Every time that I have spoken with Jamie, Bryan and Keith, they have always been honest and upfront w/me, sent me maps no questions asked and have always had a stellar demeanor.

After all it's in their best interest to do so. A reputation is hard earned, and they have earned their rep. by being customer supportive, period.
