Do the amp too. You won't be disappointed. The system rocks.

 

All that has been said it true. If you are never going to add an amp than the ROKKERS will be waisted. J&M regular 7.25s are what are on my wife's bike without an amp and they really do produce above stock. In fact they are nearly as good as the ROKKERS in my RG with a small Hogtunes amp. I know that I need the larger Arc amp or J&M ROKKER amp to take them to level they belong, but need a little extra coin right now. Shop around though...plenty of places discount both these days. If you want really cheap but an improvement the Harley Booms without amp do sound better for sure. The stock speakers are just plain crap.
