I can tell you at least three things to add to your check list.

1= The two bottom Transmission bolts that hold the header pipe bracket.
2= Buy a 3/16 t-handle allen wrench and check your oil pan bolts.
3= Neck Bearing adjustment. Also pump the neck bearing's full of good quality lithium grease, not the HD sh&#.
