Meh, I like it. But, I'm not a fan of the location. It is a nice looking bell though.

Mine is mounted off my right front floorboard arm. It must be doing its job. The bottom of the bell is all chewed up!

Won't hurt to have another forward and low...that is a sharp bell though.

The first time you have a breakdown on the road you will wonder if you should have put it down lower on the bike.

Nice bell tho, really like it.

It's not a myth, I read about it on a forum on the ineternet. Some dude named "Easter Bunny" posted a long thread about it.

That's a slick looking bell! Not a fan of the location. The jingling and rattling would drive me nuts! LOL!!

I'm pretty sure the myth says they should be mounted low on the bike. My bell came with a little slip of paper that adds to the myth, "The bell must also be a gift and installed by the person giving it to you." I have mine under the bike and I hear it drag on speed bumps and stuff. Its a little beat up but it has done its job so far!!
