Saddle bag rail question

Default Saddle bag rail question
For those of you that have the Twin Rail Chrome Saddle Bag Gaurd Kit P/N90892-09,is it east remove the bags?
After seeing a couple Ultras today(not able to ask)with them on,looks like it would be hard to remove the bags with the rails there and tour pac.

Looked like the side of the bags would drag on the rails.
