I have an 08 FLHTC and I am thinking about one of these seats. Does anyone have one and if so are they comfortable for both the rider and passenger?

Hrlyrider, what don't you like about the road zeppelin?

 

The price! It's ok but my *** still gets sore on long days, but my wife tells me I have a candy ***. I broke my tailbone a few years ago and it still bothers me, looking at the road sofa it is split in the middle maybe that will put less pressure on it.

I bought one a few years back for my FLHX, mainly to try to improve the wife's comfort.

It is a very comfortable seat, but it just wasn't for me. It was much wider than I am comfortable with and the passenger part of the seat was much higher than any other touring seat I have ever saw.

Saddleman has an excellent return policy. My wife and I got the seat, took off on a 700 mile ride, decided it wasn't for us, sent it back to saddleman for a full refund, minus shipping.

Good luck. Keep the return policy in mind. It was a three day return policy back then.
