...and I wear ear plugs. I can hear it better with Windtamer ear plugs in. Just seems to cut the wind noise down, and everything else is clearer.

J&M Amp and speakers with Hog Tunes Tweeter Pod and I hear fine at up to 90-mph with half helmet..Loud and Clear!

my stereo is loud and clear going down the road,but i dont even own a helmet,so cant help there

i put arc amp and hertz 6 1/2" speakers. i have a klockwerks wind deflector. Wearin a 1/2 helmet with ear plugs no prob. Wearin a 3/4 biltwell with ear plugs the volume goes up a little but still no issues

now i have found usin my ipod that i need to download at louder level dependin on the album

+1. Half helmet with earplugs = no probplem hearing the stereo.

At normal highway speeds I hear it fine wearing a 3/4 helmet with flip up shield. Start going over 80 and the wind noise takes over. I have a sony head unit powering kenwood 5.25 inch speakers.
