No problem with either one. Remember the containers you buy are usually sized for a 12-20 gallon tank so only use 1/4-1/2 for the 5-6 gallon tank on your bike.
Most of the fuel you buy has cleaner (and other additives) in it.
I believe that Harley dealers sell a small bottle of Octane booster that would be easy to carry in a tool pouch.

91-93 octane is all your HD needs unless you jacked the compression way up High octane burns slower. Adding octane boost is a waste and not good for the thing unless you need it to get to 91-93.
As for cleaners for the most part today's fuels just do not require it.
A little sea foam or product of they same type a few times a season will provide some insurance from moisture that comes from the air around us and will help to reduce any build ups that may happen. For the most part additives just are not need and do little to nothing.
