Hauling to Sturgis
Any of you ever transport your bike to Sturgis in the bed of a pickup and more importantly, are there any ramps in the area for unloading?
This is not something I am wanting to do, but its the only way I'm gonna get my wife to go and I don't want to buy ramps for a 1 time deal.
NO! before you even suggest it.

Ditches are everywhere, just take a 6-8 ft 2x10 or 12 with you. I bet you won't have any trouble finding someone with a ramp you can borrow. Lots of people trailer to big events. If the ramp is attached to a trailer just back the truck up to the trailer and set the ramp on the back of the truck. Unload the bike on to the trailer then move the truck.
