Call Black Hills HD I recall others using them in the past years and no mention of any charge. I bought a 6 ft. folding ramp a number of years ago and it comes in real handy for loading bikes, ATV's, lawn mower and even for the dog (Black Lab) when lymes was bothering him and he could not jump up the steps.

We hauled with a uhaul trailer last year. Every campsite had some kind of ramp, or at least everyone I visited had a ramp of some kind. Besides, you will not be the only people hauling a bike or two or more, so I would say that you should have no problem getting a getting a bike into or out of your truck.

I have a Wells Cargo cycle hauler that I rarely use.
I would rather figure an easy way in and out of the truck and I've heard some good ideas with the built in ramps at some of the campgrounds and HD dealers

Any of you ever transport your bike to Sturgis in the bed of a pickup and more importantly, are there any ramps in the area for unloading?
This is not something I am wanting to do, but its the only way I'm gonna get my wife to go and I don't want to buy ramps for a 1 time deal.
NO! before you even suggest it.
