My fiance and i just did a 2200km roundtrip from Ontario Canada down to West Virginia, raods great , sites where awesome . We stopped at SSS Harley Davidson in Morgantown WV, dropped about $250.00 on shirts and trinkets and stuff , then asked directions to our planned route , I have never felt so blown off by a dealer in my life . I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody , nice store, lots of product but attitude sucked. Just my 2 cents on that place.

 

I'm sorry you were treated poorly. Triple S is about an hour away from me and though I haven't bought anything expensive from them, I've always been treated well.

Never makes sense to me why anyone in the customer service business would treat customers less than superbly.

 

Ah yes, Tripple Suck, or Tripple *** as it's known by the locals, I'll drive an hour out of my way to avoid that place. Hope it didn't totally foul your visit to WV.

 

Probably people getting paid $6/hour and getting chit all day from an ahole manager making $8/hour.

 

nope WV was amazing , 219, 19 north , even I79 were is thinks out for traffic, love riding the hills down there

 

I live a half hour from them they are not know for having good service.I drove a extra 1/2 hour when I got my 2011 streetglide and saved $1400.00 bucks.

 

Similar experience with Triple S...ended up trying Battlefield Harley in Gettysburg, Pa.

Great people with pleasant professional attitudes ...left the store on a new 09 Ultra Classic. Enough said!

 

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with Triple S. I have heard both good and bad about them. West Virginia has some great roads for motorcycle riding. Hope you return.

 

Heading down there for mountainfest. Heard a lot of negative feedback about triple s. Hopefully mountainfest is cool...haven't been there before.

 

MountainFest is always a good time. The service at SSS is usually pretty good during that time. ANY other time, they SUCK at service. I really do not know how they have been in business for as long as they have. Plenty of other dealers within an hour drive that do much better!
