not sure of the p/n as im at work and its at home. i knew all the info on pivot shaft size and made sure it was the correct size. side by side compared exact same. as far as washers on the axle there is one spacer no washers on mine. ive put back every thing the way it came off not sure if the rubber mounts that the floor board mount lines up can be adjusted differently or not but i have the pin lined up in the whole. seems to me that some how maybe the motor may be shifted
Do you have the service manual? It is possible you have reassembled something not quite right. It's a bit difficult to see from across the Atlantic, but if everything was fine when you started (broken swingarm excepted!), then it should all go back togther just fine. The rear rubber mounts must go in the right way, with their little pegs engaged in the footboard mounts, for example.
i had a 96 softail i replaced the stock swing arm with an after market chrome swing arm . had a lot of alingnment issues. turned out the after market swing arm was warped. my opinion is it was due to the chroming process but who knows. it caused me a lot of heartburn
its not chromed and i put everything that i used in select locations so that i would know how it went back together and i do have the alignment pins set correct im thinking about pulling it all apart and reassembling just for reassurance
