I'm an evening guy myself, i might have to rethink that early morning thing sounds like a great time to ride with less traffic!! Keep them coming!!

 

Mornings through the week before I go to work. Not many people on the back roads here in SW Ohio. There are a few perks to working 2nd shift.

 

I like the morning best......usually cooler and the wind is less of an issue (my experience), although deer are active.

for local trips, the evening, I'm 1 block from the beach and this time of the year there are a lot of G-Strings walking around the end of the tanning day.

Anytime you can ride is a good ride. To break it down, I prefer a early morning ride, as the sun comes up, secondly, a late evening ride as the sun is going down. and during the mid-day is my third choice.
I don't know what it is, but a sunrise while running down the highway with noone else there is real peaceful to me. I do it every Sunday morning. My Church.
