I got a call this morning from Jeff at Progressive letting me know one of the dampers was "weeping" oil and would be covered under warranty if I'd fax over my original purchase invoice proving I had bought them new (Lifetime warranty apparently is extended only to an original purchaser). Had it filed, found it and faxed it over. He called back for credit card information and stated both shocks would be rebuilt at no charge (I'm still paying for the spring swap - $30) AND that since they were doing warranty work on them too, that the shipping back to me was at No Charge! Wow, that's customer service!!! Thanks Progressive!!!
