My front Harley Branded Dunlop WWW is starting to cup pretty bad. I love the WWW's, especially the HD branded ones ( they wipe clean very easily) not sure if there is some sort of coating on them or what.

Anyhow, I am going to need to change it out soon, and I am looking at my options, and hopefully I can find one that is not prone to cupping.

Check out Glide Pros web site and view his video on alighnment. My '06 Ultra was out and cupped my front Metzeler. I spent $45 and did the process myself and the bike has never handled this good. I haven't put enough miles on the new tire to know for sure if that caused the cupping but I suspect it did. By the way the Metzeler cupped worse than a Dunlop on my bike and the Dunlop handled better up front in my opinion.

 

I just installed a set of WWW Metzlers 880 Marathons....tires look great and they perform 10x better than the POS Dunlops....best price I found was at American Motorcycle Tire.

Shinko Tires

Am I missing any brands that carry yhe WWW's?

Shinko is very inexpensive, should I assume that you get what you pay for? I can buy a set for the price of 1 of most of the other brands.

Also, is there any way to smooth out the cupping on my current tire? I just hate to dump a perfectly good tire that is only cupped.

 

I had great luck with the 880 white walls on my roadstar.


as for shinkos, i have heard alot of positive things about them,(the 880 copy model)
