4in rineharts slip-ons
#22
The baffles are easy to remove, at least they were in both sets of 4" Rineharts I had. The baffles are supposedly pressed into the muffler, then held in and centered by the endcap. My old set of mufflers had one baffle rattling in it and I pulled both baffles out of the new set by hand, they were that loose. You can use a brrom handle to loosen them if they happen to be tight.

ICEMAN74: Not sure if it will work for you, but Rinehart does have what they call
a "High Performance/Hi-Flow" baffle that supposedly is louder (I believe it
their 2-1/2" baffle). I'm going the other way: want to quiet mine down.
BTW: My Rineharts have been on for 6K miles now; I opened them up the
other day to look at them and I was able to remove my baffle with
my two fingers; no tools; no WD-40, etc....>

I love mine on my 110" with Fullsac x pipe.
Like someone else said, they are borderline too loud, so just right as I like it louder than most.
They sound great at idle, got that nasty edge to it. But at highway speeds, they settle into a purr that isn't loud at all. In between idle and highway speeds, you can definitely hear them. I wouldn't want them any louder.
