So Bfazona you say the baffles in the 4in rineharts can be removed? How hard are they to get out? I might want to change the baffles? thanks

The baffles are easy to remove, at least they were in both sets of 4" Rineharts I had. The baffles are supposedly pressed into the muffler, then held in and centered by the endcap. My old set of mufflers had one baffle rattling in it and I pulled both baffles out of the new set by hand, they were that loose. You can use a brrom handle to loosen them if they happen to be tight.

ICEMAN74: Not sure if it will work for you, but Rinehart does have what they call
a "High Performance/Hi-Flow" baffle that supposedly is louder (I believe it
their 2-1/2" baffle). I'm going the other way: want to quiet mine down.

BTW: My Rineharts have been on for 6K miles now; I opened them up the
other day to look at them and I was able to remove my baffle with
my two fingers; no tools; no WD-40, etc....>

That was the case of my V&H hi outputs. they were pretty quiet when riding, but behind them, they sounded great

in fact, i got a lot of stoplight compliments on the exhaust

I love mine on my 110" with Fullsac x pipe.

Like someone else said, they are borderline too loud, so just right as I like it louder than most.

They sound great at idle, got that nasty edge to it. But at highway speeds, they settle into a purr that isn't loud at all. In between idle and highway speeds, you can definitely hear them. I wouldn't want them any louder.

Just installed my 4" rineharts ordered from DR Vtwin (great service) and really like the sound at idle. Not too loud but enough to let people know I'm around if I'm on the throttle. Real nice on highway as they quite right out and make for a pleasant ride.
