Big improvement in comfort for me. They expose a little more of the stock bracket than I would like.

For the guys that chose the forward 1" and out 1" option, are you not having ANY issue with the brake pedal?

Does flat-footing on the 'board feel comfortable in the new position, or would it feel better if the board was tilted slightly?

When riding comfortably I noticed the location of my feet on the boards, they were hanging over the edge by close to an inch. By adding the spacers, the boards basically moved to where my feet already were. It's much better now for me. As for a tilt, I haven't seen the need.
