Default Power Commander V ?????

I have a 2011 Ultra Limited with a stage 1. The componets of the the upgrade are a screaming eagle A/C , Carriage Works 4" slipons (5800CB) and a power commander V. This was all put on at the local H-D shop, and dyno tuned. Power and torque are good, fuel mileage is in the tank 30-32 mpg. Here is the question. I hooked up the computer to the PCV and downloaded the Map. 70% of the Map shows 20-30% above stock. I think this is way to rich. Any suggestions? And before you start in on me, I didn't use Jamie, my mistake. I have e-mailed Power Commander and I am waiting on a reply. And after checking Power Commander's web site, the canned Maps they have do not include Carriage Works. I was thinking of loading the Rinehart Map and give it a try. Thanks for any help, let the flames begin.

I have a PCV on mine and I am getting about 40-42 mpg and I thought that was low...... I did get mine from Fuel Moto so I have not even begun to figure out how to change my maps..... I have been told that if you email Jamie even if you didn't buy from them he will help you..

just try this first. Save your map for future possible use and reference. Take your mouse, right click and shade the CRUISE area of your map,for example; the range from 2000 RPM at 10-15% throttle through your cruise range. Then hit your page down button 4-5 times maybe more if those numbers are really big. That will trim the shaded areas by -1 each time you hit the button. Go give her a ride. You can always go back.

I would recommend leaving the ignition tables alone for now unless it pings a lot.

Well, you should be happy you found a dealer that would install and tune a 3rd party controller, considering I went to 2 separate dealers and both told me they would not do it. Looks like they might not be up to speed on the tuning of these devices and therefore in many cases just choose not to do it. BTW did then mention anything to you about voiding your warranty??

HD shows 35 MPG city and that's just an estimate. I'm getting 38 and I do mostly highway driving. I'm hoping be be in low 40s after stage one and PCPV. But I'm still saving about $200 a month on gas compared to my truck which averages 14.7MPG.

No mention of the warranty. Guess that would get interesting. There is nothing on my paperwork that mentions warranty. And since a H-D dealer did it, well whose to say what would happen. And thanks to the above suggestions.

I got around 50 on the highways of NC doing around 50-60 MPH.

I got around 40 on the highways doing 70-90.

That was with a FuelPak from V&H. We'll see how my PCV does.

Here is an update. I contacted Power Commander, they sent me a new map. Looks just like "onedownand5up" suggested. Got 36.7 mpg. I am now going to lower the numbers by 3 more and see if I can squeeze just a little more.
