Took my new FLHX103 home yesterday!
I bought a Sedona Orange StreetGlide 103 this week and brought it home yesterday. I had the dealer install a set of V&H BigRadius pipes, SERT, SEHB, and the 4 point docking kit. I also added the Klockwerks 6" windshield, got the backrest for her, chrome covers for the docking kit, and smoked/ visor'd turn signal lenses along with the visor'd headlight ring to match.
Near future plans call for the inner fairing to get paint-matched, chrome lower legs for the front end, and then later on some wheels (21" in front, stock size in rear) and a hugger fender for the front.
I love this new motor. The seat is comfy as hell on the '11's, too. I rode a stock 103 before I bought this one and was worried because in stock form the bike is a real dog, but the pipes, intake and tuner REALLY woke this thing up!
I am taking it for a nice long ride to the beach tomorow and will get pics, but here's what I have for now:
BTW, I traded a 2010 WideGlide for this. I loved that bike, but have been riding too many miles to make the WideGlide really practicle anymore, and I got a helluva deal on the StreetGlide!

Hi,
Just placed my order for an '11 Sedona orange today, most I have spoken to reckon the 103" runs good in stock, to be fair I have noticed a difference in the past opening up the 1450 and 1584 I have had so guess this is much the same with the 103?
Best of luck with the bike, Ride safe.

Well, originally I was looking to buy a RoadGlide Custom in that color. I rode a 103 RGC and a 96 SG (both 2011's) back to back and just liked the SG much more. If I were taller the RG would be great, but I was just more comfortable on the SG.
As far as power, in stock form I definately noticed a difference between the 96 and the 103 when I rode them back to back. However, with the stock pipes, tune, and airbox on them, either one is just a turd! Putting the parts onto mine that I have made an absolutely HUGE difference! You really need to let these things breathe!
Cams are in the near future.....that should help out a great deal!

What kinda cams?
I am going to go with Fueling 525's for my 96 as the PC-V guys in this area that I live in have already have kick *** maps for these cams..
They say that they hit at 1750 and peak at 5800, which works for me.
For your 103 you might consider their 574's.
Give Luke a call at Fueling, he's a very knowledgeable cat.

Beauty bike, congrats!! Brought mine home a few weeks back, love the orange, just pops in the sun.. Was tempted to do the BR-2 pipes like you did as I have them on my FatBob and love em there.. ultimately decided to have a different sound on this bike so went with the V&H pro pipe setup..
Kinda regretting it now lol, those pipes look killer on there !!
