Default CVO Ultra tour pack

Is the tour pack on the 2008 CVO Ultra adjustable? I rode a 2010 Ultra Limited last week and liked the extra room that it had with it's adjustment.

The only adjustment I'm aware of, is there are 4 screw holes (2 on each side) that go through the bottom of the TP. You can move the TP to the other set of screw holes that will move it back about 1" (if it's currently using the forward holes). Remove the liner and you'll see the holes. Otherwise, you'll have to get a TP relocation kit.
