I am going to be doing a stage 1 to my RGU and was reading on Harley's website that the Heavy Breather will not fit bikes with "Glove boxes". Does this mean it won't fit a RGU with lowers on or does anyone know if they will work? Thanks.

 

It will fit a Road Glide with lowers as long as they don't have the glove boxes. HD markets a version of the Heavy Breather that has a shorter filter that allows use with lowers that have the glove boxes.

 

I am planning on adding the lowers sometime soon, so I decided to get the compact SE Heavy Breather. Check my sig...it's just a bit shorter.

It will fit, with the glove box doors on. Just get the compact version of the filter, on a 2011 RGU you will have approx. 1" between the end of the filter and the glove box door. I just installed one last weekend, looks great.
