Inner primary bearing went out....
#31
NOT to make anyone feel bad, but I'm about to turn 100,000 miles on my '00 FLTRSEI bought new to me 8/1/07 with 23,900 miles on it.
I did replace the heads at 67,000 and the cams/tensioners at 81,000.
But as far as crank or bearing issues, I have a drip free motorcycle who's cases have never been cracked, wheel bearings that have never been replaced and a primary full of all the original equipment.
Harley has cheapened the product to the point that it's got to start showing in the sales numbers. I know too many folks personally that won't buy a Harley made after '02, ( including yours truly,) because these problems are like ants at a picnic, they're all over the place.
Shame on Harley for disapponting us, when will they get smart?
