Default pc-v on 2011 ultra limited 103 help!!!

I just traded my 2009 ultra for the 2011 limited with 103. I took my pc-v off my 2009 ultra before trading it in. I called fuel moto and they said the 2009 version will fit on my 2011. My question is has anyone done this as the part no. for the 2009 pc-v is different from the 2011 pc-v part number. I dont understand how they can have 2 different part no. that will fit my 2011 ultra. Any help would be appreciated

I think that I would take F/M's advice.
After all you bought it from them right?

Just have them email you a new map for it for your new configuration, and plug and play..or try the existing map that you currently have.

Have you tried it out yet? You won't be hurting anything..I wouldn't think...

I have answered my own question . I called dynojet and the reason for the part no. change between 2009 touring and 2010-2011 touring part no. is they eliminated the o2 sensor jumpers which are not needed on the 2010 and newer. In short the 2009 pc-v will work on 2010 and 2011. Thanks for the response
