Unless i misread his post, i think DuraGlide made his own. (I meant to be directing that question to him)... I thought i had copied his picture too, but it didn't show up.
Doesn't seem like it would be too hard to fabricate. Especially using the backrest to make a template for the mounting points.

Fat baggers rear fender wiring ?
After removing stock fender and unplugging stock wiring harness, the new fender is prewired and has 2 plugs on it. One is regtangular black, the other is a small white rectangular. I used the fat bagger adapter and plugged in the black one, but there is no place to plug in the white one. Now I have brake lights and turn signals, but no rear running lights or license plate light. Anyone run into this that has suggestions? Thanks
