Interesting fact...in the southern hemisphere you need to ride you motorcycle in reverse to get any counter steering effect at all.

I'm serious. I've tried it.
I am really hoping that you did not do that on your '11 RG, because if you did it will void the warranty. Just thought you should know.

For the OP, I'm not sure what the actual speed is, but I'm going to guess that in the area of 6mph, that I can still turn my bars in the direction that I want to go, so my guess is 10 mph for CS.

But I'm sure you could go and test this and come back and give us all a lot closer speed.

Wherever you go, it should be somewhere you don't have to ride a motorcycle, because you've apparently never been on one in your life.

Do you not even understand why people are making fun of you? Are you planning to look at the speedometer and consciously decide when to use countersteering? If so, drive a car. when you drive a car, try not to dangerously overthink that.

Besides omgtkk already told you:
6.423 MPH; Unless you have a tail wind. Then it's 6.517 MPH.

I have a switch on the bars next to the left turn signal switch that turns mine on and off. I leave it on most of the time.

Just get a trike or a sidecar. No counter steering necessary.
