to air ride or not to air ride?
I am so Torn as to put air ride on my 07 ultra classic or not to air ride the bike i am short 5'7 and with the new mustang seat it makes it hard to back the bike up sometimes and i see there are several diffrent air ride kits out there and being able to drop the bike down would sure make it easier on my short legs but i just wonder about the ride comfort and handling. Also i wonder with all the kits witch would i go with and what size shock the 13 in or the 12 i dont want the bike to be un-ridable in the event of a line brake i see alloy art has a kit that once you find your ideal ride height it will auto adjust based on load and will auto slam the bike upon the bike being turned off and also has an auto dump for times when it is running and i need to back it up. So everyone out there please good or bad let me know what you think about air ride and comfort and handling and witch kit would be the best bang for the buck. Pros and cons welcome
thanks

Even at 6'1", dropping my air ride makes the bike a heck of a lot easier to push around!

i have front and rear air ride, the rear is the cheaper arnott setup and i don't have a pressure gauge, so i've kinda just fill it til it doesn't raise up anymore then let about a second of air out and it rides a tad stiffer then stock.
the front rides like stock just firmer cause of SE fork oil (uses stock springs) - buts its not height adjustable like the arnott, either up or down. Its more for show.
