After seeing the pics no 3rd hole required... what looked like a solid connection the first time i looked was the rubber bumper on the bottom of the bracket in the pic resting on a small black painted plate bolted to the fender. Used as is, the bracket rubber bumper should rest on or close to the fender.

I already did it on my new Ultra limited fhltk 2011 2 days old. Here is the picture. I want to know if someone had done the street glide tri-bar and fender filler to the ultra limited.
