Default FLHTC 2003 ignition

If anyone has insight or tips on 03 flhtc ignition please help. I just finished installing 95" SE cylinders and heads. I also replaced the stock module and coil with an SE (J01964). Bike fired right up ! Couple of very short rides in town then took it out for a longer ride. After about 5 miles it just shut off. waited 10 minutes or so then fired up. Ran a couple miles, same thing. Stuck the stock module and coil back on. No change. This happend 4 times before I got it home, sooner each time and longer wait. Wires all seem fine, lights stay on, gets fuel, runs excelent till it shuts off. Is there anything except thie crank position sensor to check ? Thanks Dave

Start by pulling the codes and see what you get for codes.

Thanks for all the response The pull code sequence for the injected didn't work or perhaps it just didn't know there was a problem. I replaced the crank position sensor and 40 amp. breaker. Seems fine now, the tech at the shop felt sure it was connections at breaker, the wire connections were fine, so I didn't change them. Bike seems fine now. The tech did say the older CPS with the metal stud in the center had been known to lose the stud and wind up wires in the lower end, the new one has a rubber cap covering the end. They didn't have a breaker so I pirchased a 40 amp at the NAPA store for $8 that fit the stock mount. Thanks Dave
