120R swap
From what I've weaned after a bit of looking, the following is what is needed to do a 120R setup:
19220-11 ~ 120R Engine
27639-07A ~ 58mm Throttle body
70623-08 ~ Compression release harness (not needed if already have PwerPack)
40274-08 ~ SE Compensator (not needed if you have a 2011 Power Pack bike)
37980-10 ~ SE Clutch discs
37976-08 ~ Clutch hub kit
SO, what is missing from this list?
Priced the above at Lake Shore H/D, savings are HUGE and free shipping as well.
www.lshd1.com
120R engine MSRP $5495 ~ Lake Shore $4,545
58 MM T/B MSRP $449.95 ~ Lake Shore $359.96
Compression release harness MSRP $ 49.95 ~ Lake Shore $39.96
SE Clutch discs MSRP $169.95 ~ Lake Shore $135.96
Clutch hub kit MSRP $249.95 ~ Lake Shore $ 199.96
So, again, what is missing from the list above?
Thanks,
~Joe

Ahmmm, I think that the rev performance would work quite nicely in this application,(as it is purported to be a tuner, and auto tuner in one, and keeps tuning) or in about any application, and in fact I will put one on mine one day but the PC-V is working pretty flawlessly right now.
I don't know exactly how the TTS's work but it seems to me that a few folks that I know have to or choose to run around with a lap-top in their saddlebags for an extended period of time to get tunes? Isn't that the way that you have to do the TTS's?
A PC-V and a tune would work well too I would think, but you would have to get a tune for it. Perhaps there folks on here that already have tunes for the 120R's though that would give them to you?

Yeah, some people just don't know what they are talking about.... I don't know why some think that this motor would be so different than so many of the other big inch motors out there. This just happens to be one of the only big inch crate motors that you can basically just bolt in the frame and go.
Like sporacer said, you will need new injectors and a tuner. The TTS is a great tuner. Speaking of new and support, the Rev Perf tuner is getting a lot of good reviews. If I just dropped $6k on a 120" motor, I'm going to a dyno and let a pro tune it.
You planning on doing the swap yourself?
