The other day I noticed the retaining clip and screw were missing from the com port on my thundermax, but the rubber plug was still intact. So I called them to order a new one, cuz I think I forgot to tighten it last time I linked to it. So I explained to them what I needed expecting to pay a few bucks. Well they said they would get the clip and screw sent out asap, free of charge! Two days later viola, package with my missing parts, spare com plug, sticker, and a small mini software disc! These guys are top shelf!

 

that's good to hear, wouldn't it be nice if every company we bought parts/accessories from treated us all like that.....
