I put hid's in my R6 and my maxima. The road king will be next.

Find a kit with a slim ballast and get 6000k bulbs.

The ebay vendor the OP used seemed fine. Free priority mail shipping, they were ordered and installed within 2 days. I went with 8K's, they don't seem too blue at all.

I've been running HIDs for over a year now, every time I say how great they are somebody who paid a whole lot more for the LED tries to make it seem that the HIDs are not much better than OEM bulbs, and LEDs are the only way to go....I do a price and light comparison, then laugh.

i have been running HIDs in all of my bikes i have owned for aboutt 3 years or so.

i have been purchasing through ddmtuning.com
great pricing, great quality

i currently have there 55 watt hi/lo kit on the street glide, its the 6000k bulb.. which is about the best light output for a 55 watt kit.. if you do a 35 watt kit youll want a 5000k

i also have a 55 watt kit in the headlights of my 2011 sonata, and a 35 watt kit in the fogs

as well im running a 35watt kit in the headlights in my gmc truck

all of them were purchased through DDMtuning.com with no complaints

there pricing is outstanding as well..
check it out, you wont regret it

DDMTUNING is awesome!!! I used their HID kit for my CBR and the kit for the Harley is only $40-$50.... I was gonna go with 8K for a little bit of a bluish tint not much and the 55W kit.
