Default Lower my SG

I have a 2010 SG and I want to get both my feet flat on the ground. I have looked at alternative seats and lowering front and rear suspensions. I desire about 1.5 to 2.0 inches total. I also want to make sure the passenger seat is wider than the factory seat. I am looking at the Sun Downer seat to bring my legs in closer increaseing reach. Has anyone used Bitchin Baggers for rear suspension lowering? The fornt suspension seems fairly standard for one inch of drop. Any suggestion or experiences would be helpful.

Call Road 6 Customs for $50 you'll get a great lowering kit and goes on fast and does interfer with your bags or shocks. I've installed them and they work great.

Don't do the suspension lowering if you like to ride corners, I rode Pigtrail on my 09 just 1" lower and drag my floorboards on every other corner. Go lower on the seat, just my .02 cents.

I used the Road6 lowering blocks for the back end and put on the HD lowering springs on the front end. Handles great and I am much more confident with the footing.

Bichin Baggers shocks work very well, and along with my C&C seat I'm flat on the ground and riding in style.

There's a warning in the Road6 kit for SG's. I think it says not to go below the 1st hole. 1st hole does lower a bit, but you will prbally be tempted to try the second and third hole, which I do not recommend. save your money go go with a shock kit. the lowering kits open the door for wheel rub which results in blown rear lighting since the wire harnes for all your rear lighting runs under the fender. I weight 270 and most of the chicks that ride with me are 150+ girls. if your riding wieght is in the low PSI of the air shock chart in the manual you might be OK.
