Default SE255s are in....

So far it seems an impressive power increase. I'm using the map supplied to me by Keith at FM. Some things I notice on the ride home (which was an overall enjoyable ride):

--seat of pants dyno notes more power
--I was able to pass a car in 6th gear going uphill and gain speed!
--more vibration on idle (OK by me and mama likes it )
--It seems to be pretty smooth, and dare I say smoother, power while cruising and the work it's doing seems more effortless overall.
--It really sucks the gas when I get on it.
--I'm getting a hesitation on takeoff around 1500-1700 RPM.
--The tone is deeper and "different" and there is more of the Harley sound and lope.
--Rode about 85 miles and no excessive heat with temps dropping from around 90 to the mid 80 during the trip home.

Still, hard for me to tell if it's tuned properly as there's only about 4K on the bike and it seems like a different bike now. It seems like it must be reasonably close considering all of the above but maybe there's a "flat spot" in there somewhere. So what's the fix for the hesitation on takeoff?

Default I have the TTS tuner

I used the TTS 255 canned tune no problems on my 103. The tuner you have needs to be tweaked. Shouldn't be any flat spots or problem areas. Tough to beat the 255 cam for two up baggers!

I have the SE255s with canned tune and it pulls, hard runs great, with no flat spots at all. Could always accelerate quicker if it was a sport bike but its not.

Not sure if there's a flat spot yet....just sayin I'm not sure. Like I say it's a different bike now. Definitely a little hesitation on take off though. I'm sure FM will have an easy fix for that. I think I'm going to be very happy with it from what I can tell.
