I just went through a 'warped rotor thing' with my 2011 RKC with now 3000 miles.

There was a bad front end vibration, talked to the service advisors, they said bring it in, I did, got a call back from the service manager and he said the problem won't be covered by the warranty... maybe the rotors not the pads.

Got on the phone with the general manager, a friend, he called his contact at the factory and they covered new rotors, new pads, all the labor, etc.

Honestly, this type of b.s. problem, bad parts, bad install... who knows... I really don't like to deal with this on a new bike. Especially brakes and front end... HUGE safety issues.

It was good that the factory stepped to the plate.

Just got back from my 20K service. Tech noticed that my front rotors were slightly warped and replaced both under warranty. Cajun HD in Lafayette, LA is a first class dealership!!!
