Default 09 Road King Cupped Steer Tire

I've only 9000 miles on my 09 Road King and have notice the front tire cupping on me. Went on a poker run last weekend, and people commented on how they'd never seen it before. Is there something I should be looking for? Thanks

Take it to your dealer and tell him it vibrates. HD will replace it free.

My 09 RKC had the same problem, had the same number of miles on it.The dealer didn't do anything, said it was warn down to far and tires don't last that long anymore. Will only go with after market part now,if possible.

My dealer changed mine out during a service, didn't tell me until it was done. Said it was cupped and put on a new tire.

Regards
Donnie

If it's a 407F, it should have been changed out before now by your Dealer. They don't prorate them unless they are worn down too much. Do yourself a favor. Call HD Customer service and tell them you are experiencing cupping, vibration and whining noise when layed over in a curve. They will give you a number to take to your Dealer. If your Dealer gives you any problems, find another Dealer. These tires were recalled. Mileage doesn't matter!!!!

When I still had my '09 RK it was replaced free of charge with about 9000 miles on it. The service manager never even blinked..... he just did it.
