LMAO, had a standard back a couple of years ago and it actually bugged me how smooth it was at idle. When I was a kid I used to really dig how harleys would sit at idle and bounce the front tire at a stoplight.

 

Yeah they sound like a bunch of Metric guys. I'd bet the guy with the B motor FatBoy has never rode an older FatBoy with a Evo motor. I don't recall ever hearing any woman complaing about the Evo's vibrating to much

Ride both Softail and Touring. The touring only vibrates at idle. DUH !! And the Softail vibrates above 80.

Like them both and don't really see that either machine is a problem.

Maybe the whiners should sell their Harleys and get Schwinns.

 

those riders dont understand much of the history and all. My 93 ST Custom shook so hard (hopped up motor) and I loved it. I was so pissed when I got my 01 Fatboy and still till this day wish I held onto that 93. In my opinion, they are suppose to vibrate and the fact that those B motor rides cant handle the slight vibe of rubber mount is further evidence of the pu$$ification of America. Guess they have been on a non b motor rigid mount. They'd probably have a stroke... but their girls would push them in front of a train to ride 1 a second time.

Great looking bike, but the reflectors just kill the old school look for me. 50's and 60's bikes didn't have them.

 

If its not one thing its another with those Softail fella's.

A couple weeks ago they were fretting because they thought some viewed their softails(deluxe) as a girls bike.
