Default Pirelli Night Dragons are incredible

My Metzeler 880 Marathon tires were bald so I decided to try the Pirelli Night Dragons. I really liked the Metzelers, in fact on one occasion they saved my life when I was skidding at 40 mph and fish tailing to a stop trying to avoid plowing into the car that slammed its brakes on in front of me. The tires grabbed nicely and I never put the bike down. Anyhow, I will always put high end tires on my scoot. This is one area you do not want to be cheap. So I read very good reviews about the Dragons and decided to give them a chance although I loved my 880s. Unbelievable. I have never, ever felt a tire this sticky on the road. The Metzelers were great. The Dragons are awesome. Spend the money fellas. I think the two new tires ran me about $300 total. WELL worth it.

Wearing extremely well - superb handling. If ya ride hard, Night Dragon's rule!

Have them on my street glide, Very well only thing that limits me are the floor boards.

Hi speeds, unbelievable and no tracking problems on rain grooves.

I swapped my wire wheels with Avons to mags with Night Dragons on my RK. I thought the Avons were good. The Night Dragons are excellent. They are so sticky, they feel like they are a foot wider than the Avons and nothing upsets them. Awesome tires!

Hands down the best tire I have put on. I only get about 4500 miles on the 880 and I'm at 4800 with plenty to go. I put them on this winter and they are the first tire that hasnt broke loose on those tar snakes on the freeway. Best rain tire ever.
