I'll only guess, probably not,,,, but if you can it won't be a direct swap, the frames are different from 08 to 09 as I'm sure you know... the main difference is the rear area, being wider and a two piece frame....

That said, ANYTHING is possible if you have the ingenuity, and resources!

would love to do this mod, but i dont want to give up my bright *** light, has anyone kept the original rear lights with this kit

the new parts catalog now has a CVO style fender kit for $999.95, hope we can still get the individual parts for less. Guess the MOCO noticed it's become a popular mod and wants to be greedy again.

Curious about that too. I'd like to keep my B.A.L and use the CVO lighting for the turn signals.
