Default AM-FM CD player to in-fairing satellite

Has anyone replaced their stock AM-FM CD player with a satellite radio? I really don't want to add something more to my handlebars and I don't use the radio or CD player. Advice?

If you don't mind spending some money you can add the H-D XM module. That would allow you to use the radio screen and existing hand controls for the sat radio.

I didn't want to spend the money, so I bought a Sirius Stratus 6 radio for $45 at Walmart. For now it sits in the left glove box. I plan to mount it on the box lid soon. I don't want to add anything to my bars either.
