Buddy of mine said they did, I tried to call and got no answer so took a drive over there and everything is moved out. Nearest dealer is about 45 min away, kinda suks

Yosemite HD in Merced, guess they packed up and moved to their store in Carson City Nv.

 

Owner of my shop said domestic production is 1/2 of what it was in 2006-2007 and nationwide 50 dealers are gone.

 

welcome to my world. closest dealer is 50 miles one way. next closest is an hour and a half from my home, of course in a different direction than the other dealer which puts them about 3 hours apart.....

needless to say, i don't usually just pop in on a saturday morning for the coffee and donuts

 

Wow. I guess I should feel pretty good then. I have 4 within 30 minutes and 4 more within an hour. Luckily the closest wants to beat all of them so I don't have to go too far.

 

Im thinking Carson City HD may be the next to go. Poor customer service = poor business plan.

 

Guess I'm lucky also, there have been 2 in my area that closed, but still 4 that I can think of that are close.

 

This is bad news. They were very good to deal with and would deal on new bikes.

 

That's too bad. That's where I bought my bike. I knew something was up when mos of their staff started working at the west coast connection in Stockton.
