Default All 2012's going to be 103's?

Heard that all 2012 touring bikes are going to be 103's. Is this true?

Not sure, but the rumor mill is just getting wound up for the season, LOL.
Won't be long before the "Got it from my trusted source that all HD's will be water buffalos this year!" rumor will start flying again...

I think the 103s will be standard eventually, but not 2012. H-D has too good of a marketing strategy in place for the "Power Packs" (103, ABS, Security). If the 103s were standard, the incentive to buy the high end machines (Limited and RGU) would be significantly reduced (I think). My thought is that they will leave things as is with the two tiered engine option (Power Pack) on some bikes and then when they make the 103 standard we'll see a price increase.

My $0.02

Default Life of an 88

Whats the life expectancy of a TC-88 motor? My dealer still has an 06 RK with 35K on it,,,, The cam tensioner has not been done (yet) but would be the first thing I would do to it.

I am curious as to how much life I could get out of it? Will a Harley go 100K?
