Default ACR's and stock 103

Quick question. I've been reading up a bit on cams and starting issues and I keep seeing some posts saying that the 103 PowerPak in the 11 models comes with ACR's. As near as I can tell, the wiring harness is there for them but they are NOT installed in the heads. Is this a correct statement? The Screaming Eagle catalog shows that the the wiring is stock but not the releases. Thanks for any info on this.

Look in the valley behind your throttle body. You can see the wiring for the ACRs. When you first turn on the ignition, you can hear them faintly click.

Thanks to all. Gonna take a look. Just got my new Road Glide Custom with the 103 and was really curious. Something new to explore, gotta love it!
