Vance & Hines Pro Pipe
#11
I have a pro pipe on my 2005 Road King. I have always love the 2 into 1 pipes. I had a custom 2 into 1 built for my shovelhead back in '79. I just recently had the 95 and stage 2 head work done to the bike. I could hear and feel the difference right away. The heads make the pipes do an even more throatier roar.

i've had the vance & hines chrome pro pipe on my 08 streetglide for about two years now. it has that gnarly growl is the best way i can describe it. i know that there have been a few times that people stopped next to me have asked what exhaust i'm using. i take that as quite a compliment. it's deep rumble is really sweet sounding. only when i'm on the throttle hard does it howl. to do it again, i'd be using the same exhaust system.

It's the pipe of choice among the employees at my local dealer. We put them on my wife's 2010 SG (replacing the Nightstick we started with) and on my 2011 RGU. They are loud. My grandson rides on back and is not a loud kid - with the vox turned up to where he'd trigger it, the pipe tripped it most of the time. I added the quiet baffle, which gave it a great sound and allows grandson to use the comm.

My Pro Pipe is 4 years old. It has the short baffle in it. After doing some extra engine work this spring ( stage 2 heads, 95" and 10 to 1 compression ) she has a bigger bark. I decided to put a little fiberglass batting around the baffle. I only added a 1.5" strip wrapped around the last part of the baffle. It quieted it down just a bit at lower RPM's but when I crack the throttle she ROARS.
