I have an '06 EG Classic. I had the same problem. Took it back to the dealer to check on the injectors. I have the 25 degree instead of the 8 but still the bike stalled. They put in a download. It still stalled. Had to have another dealer put in a Power Commander. Hasn't stalled since. Your bike is probably running too lean and there's only a few ways to fix it.
