Did anyone visit it yesterday, and if so how was it?

I was about to say I dont remember there being a bike event this weekend in South Texas. Then I looked it up. Houston.. Since when is Houston South Texas maybe Mid Texas? Not even San Antonio is South Texas. Corpus Christi and south to the border is South Texas. Oh well sorry to rant. Its just us real South Texas guys get forgotten when people think there is nothing south of San Antonio except Mexico. hah!

Hell there are people here who think Abilene is West Texas? And they are FROM Texas. There is still almost 400 miles of Texas west of Abilene !

 

Are you talking about the motorcycle show in Reliant Center in Houston?

Talked to a couple of guys that went to it, they said not much to it. Lots of plastic and chrome. Mostly sport bikes and customs, something you only dream about.

 

8 dollar beer. 4 dollar water 18 dollars to get in. Too pricey for me to go back.

 

it sucked... arts/crafts, dog frisbee club, cooking demo and very little bike related vendors. As one has already mentioned, 18$ to get and I was gone in less than an hour.

 

Hey.....my DOG was ENTERED!!!!!!! lol

Thought about it.....then forgot about it. Sounds like forgetting was the best thing.

It was the worst "bike advertized thing" I have ever been to.
