90 plus degrees in the ATL Im not sure if im gonna risk it. I didnt mind yesterday and it seemed to be okay but I needed to get home V&H will be off till Tues so I may just wait.
I ran Fuel Pak for quite awhile with no problems what so ever. As stated before I would go on their website and make sure you have the latest map for your setup and check all of your modes. I switched to PCV with the plan of adding cams at the end of this riding season and the first PCV I got was faulty and left me 25 miles from home on the interstate just like your story had to make that scary 4 lane switch with a DEAD scoot. FuelMoto imediately shipped me a replacement. So as stated above all electrical items can and will fail. sorry to hear about your issues but I am sure V&H will get you all figured out.
Wrong map is my guess or a faulty fuelpak.
I ran a fuelpak for a couple of years then did a cam change went with the PCV and AT. I did try the fuelpak after the caam change but could not get a good map. Been using the PCV now for 2 years and I am very happy with the results.
So here is a little update on the freakout. Vance and Hines has been super. Tried a few new maps and rode it but still having hickups. Just sent it in to them to get repaired or replaced. I believe its a bad fuelpak. Derek at V&H is working on it and will get it taken care of.
I ran the fuelpak on my bike when it was in stage I trim. No problems whatsoever, and it got better mileage with the fuelpak than when I changed over to the PCV with autotune.
