Alternate passenger floorboard mounts?

Default Alternate passenger floorboard mounts?
I have an 03 eg classic with rinehart td's. I need to raise the passenger footboard mounting position for my lady's short legs. It does not look like I can on the left side without some type of different mount, or it will hit the exhaust. Any suggestions? Thanks

HD offers these Reduced Reach Passenger Footboard Brackets and there is a passenger add-on peg from Kuryakyn.
