Default Loose tabs on headlight bulbs???

Had my fairing off yesterday to run wires for my XM radio. While unplugging the headlight I noticed the tabs on the headlight bulb were extremely loose where they are connected to the base of the bulb. It appears that maybe the vibration has caused this. Andyone else notice this when taking off their fairing or changing their headlight bulb?? Or could I just have a bad bulb.
