I have bought all my bikes at Gowanda HD which is a 45 minute ride for me. There is another dealer 5 minutes from my house and I always go to Gowanda Harley. Sales and service are tops and the staff is outstanding. You will not be disappointed. And the service and parts are top notch. PM me if you need any questions answered.

I've had them do two builds for me over the last couple of years. There are Harley dealerships 6, 50, 70 & 75 miles, respectively, from my house and I drive 200 miles to Gowanda for service (if I choose not to do it myself). Shawn and Jamie in service are easy to work with and the quality of their work is excellent! The dealership has a family business atmosphere and they treat their customers right.

Thanks guys. I have been in there once on my way down to PA, and the place did have a good atmosphere, and I'm glad to hear they have a good service dept.
My warranty on my 2009 SERG is almost up, and I have a cupped rear tire, so I thought I'd see what they could do for me, if anything (I don't think there is a service bulletin for the rear- front only??). So, I'll likely buy the OEM Dunlops from them, but I was also considering having them do a 30T pulley and SE compensator as well.
I was told by by local (Canadian Dealer), that since my bike was originally a US bike, and it doesn't conform to Cdn standards the way it sits, they can't do any warranty work, and that I'd have to go to a US dealer. No big deal, warranty is expired on June 17th, and I go south for any big $$$ items anyhow- I'm only 90 minutes from Buffalo.
